No professional service fee on licence renewals; government and authority fees still apply.
Bank account opening is subject to each bank's KYC, compliance review and final approval. We prepare the file, pre-check it against the bank's requirements, and if one bank declines we apply to the next.
How a file runs
The usual order for a free zone company with a residence visa:
- Licence application, with the Memorandum of Association (MOA)
- Licence issued
- Establishment card
- Entry permit, or change of status if you are already in the UAE
- Medical test
- Biometrics and Emirates ID
- Residence visa
For the bank account, the team matches the bank to the activity and the shareholders, then prepares the KYC pack: passport copies, licence documents, a description of the activity with expected customers and suppliers, proof of address and the source of funds.
